Last February 1 in the Technological Park of Álava a workshop called Regenerative Medicine and Advanced Therapies took place, a conference that aimed to “bring together the actors, both from companies and from the research institutions, to show the capabilities of Euskadi in this areas“.
The event was “a point of meeting and debate, to promote public-private collaboration around Regenerative Medicine and Advanced Therapies, in order to increase the competitiveness of the sector“.The CEO of VIVEbiotech, Dr. Gurutz Linazasoro, participated in one of the round tables called “Advanced Therapies”.
After the workshop, Noticias de Álava interviewed Dr. Linazasoro, who, as noted by the newspaper, is a reference in the two areas covered in the event: regenerative medicine and advanced therapies. As he stated, “one of the things we work for every day, beyond all the orders we have, is to do a clinical trial in Euskadi. We have means, but sometimes we need those synergies and collaborations. That’s why meetings like this one are so necessary“.
