Your role

We are looking for an IT Systems and Projects Technician to fill this key role within the company.

Your mission will be to ensure the operational maintenance and continuous improvement of the corporate IT environment, collaborating on the administration of Microsoft 365, Windows servers, Active Directory, workstations, the network, security, backups, documentation, and internal projects within the department.

In addition to day-to-day operational tasks, you will provide technical expertise for improvements, changes, deployments, and small projects, serving as a technical lead capable of maintaining, managing, implementing, and enhancing systems.


Your responsibilities

  • You will administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring secure and efficient access to digital and collaborative tools.
  • You will manage users, licenses, permissions, and access across various corporate systems.
  • You will provide technical support to users, resolving issues related to computers, applications, and digital tools.
  • You will administer and assist in the maintenance of Windows servers and IT infrastructure services.
  • You will manage identities, security groups, and permissions, ensuring compliance with corporate access policies.
  • You will prepare, configure, and maintain the organization’s computer equipment.
  • You will monitor and resolve issues related to networks, connectivity, VPNs, and corporate services.
  • You will collaborate on the implementation and improvement of cybersecurity and information protection measures.
  • You will participate in the detection, analysis, and escalation of security incidents.
  • You will oversee and support the execution of backups, restores, and business continuity plans.
  • You will participate in technology projects, migrations, and the deployment of new IT solutions.
  • You will identify and drive improvements that enhance efficiency, security, and the user experience.
  • You will coordinate efforts with technology vendors and other internal teams.
  • You will develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and infrastructure inventories.
  • You will ensure compliance with IT management standards, procedures, and best practices.

About you

You are the person we are looking for if you have:

  • Vocational training, an advanced vocational degree, or a college degree related to ASIR or Computer Engineering.
  • You have at least 3 years of prior experience in corporate IT environments, systems, advanced support, or administration.
  • We value certifications or demonstrable experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, and knowledge of Sophos.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • You demonstrate strong teamwork skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
