Graduate in Organizational Psychology from the University of Deusto, and Master’s Degree in People and Teams Coaching from the University of Mondragon. Complementary training in different Management and Leadership Programs.
She has extensive experience in the Human Resources area in various sectors: for 2 years in Consulting (Mossa Thomas International), for 14 years in a North American multinational Automotive company (Tenneco Automotive), and more recently for 15 years, in an industrial manufacturing company of industrial machinery for food Retail sector & Hotels (Salva Industrial).
She has collaborated as professor of Ethics in the LEINN Degree (Entrepreneurship and Innovation Leadership Degree) with the University of Mondragon. Likewise, she participates in networking communities of People Directors of Gipuzkoa companies.
Throughout her professional career, Silvia has assumed responsibility for the management of all human resources areas: Culture, Leadership, Talent Acquisition and Development, internal Communication, Compensation Systems, Negotiation, …
