Natalia
Elizalde, PhD

Graduate in Pharmacy, she developed her end of degree project at UCLH Hospital in London. Afterwards, she was awarded a European PhD as a result of a thesis (University of Navarra; temporary stay at Oxford University) focused on the long-term effects of chronic mild stress over behaviour and neurobiological markers (Extraordinary Doctorate award).

After her PhD, Natalia has specialised in business development in the biotech sector for 13 years, assuming various roles as Business Development Manager in the drug discovery company Biobide, and as Head of Business Development at 3P Biopharmaceuticals, a CDMO developing and manufacturing biologicals and cell therapy products.

Since 2017, Natalia is responsible for the company’s business development strategy in relation to the international market, project management, marketing and communication.
