Last Tuesday, January 19, Polyplus-transfection and VIVEbiotech gave a webinar at Cell & Gene Therapy Insights, the online, open access, peer-reviewed journal with a translational focus from the BioInsights publishing group.
In the webinar entitled “Case study: Optimization of lentiviral vector production from early stages to GMP“, the VIVEbiotech approach for the development of lentiviral vectors from very early stages to GMP was shared with the audience, considering highly relevant aspects such as scalability, regulatory compliance and cost-effectiveness. Different manufacturing steps of the production process were described, such as transient transfection using the PEIpro® reagent from Polyplus-transfection.
