We are proud to announce that Tathiane Castro has joined VIVEbiotech as Chief Quality Officer.
Pharmacist with an MBA in Pharmaceutical Industry, Tathiane is a Senior Quality Executive with extensive technical leadership experience in the pharmaceutical sector, specializing in quality management systems and highly regulated manufacturing environments.
With more than 20 years of experience, she has led the implementation and enhancement of GMP compliance programs across manufacturing operations, pharmaceutical distribution centers, and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs), ensuring operational consistency and product integrity throughout the value chain. She also served for five years as a board member of PDA Brazil, contributing to training and initiatives focused on sterile product assurance, innovation, quality, and regulatory excellence.
Having held leadership roles at global multinational companies and CDMOs, she brings deep expertise in end-to-end quality lifecycle management in highly regulated environments.
