VIVEbiotech takes part in the “Science and Technology in Female” initiative
Our colleague Idoia Mármol shared her professional experience with more than 200 students, encouraging young women to pursue careers in STEM fields.
On November 6th, VIVEbiotech took part in the “Science and Technology in Female” event, organized by the Basque Country Technology Park. This initiative aims to inspire new generations and promote equal opportunities in science and technology.
Representing the company, Idoia Mármol, DSP Production Technician, spoke to over 200 secondary school students, sharing her professional journey and insights into the biotechnology sector. Through her experience, she conveyed the importance of perseverance, curiosity, and passion for learning.
Idoia emphasized the vital role of women in science and technology and encouraged young girls to follow their ambitions in these fields.
“With effort and determination, everything is possible,” they concluded, highlighting that talent has no gender and innovation thrives on diversity.
