It is an initiative launched by Ikaslan, Hetel and the Network of Technological Parks of the Basque Country and aimed at 1st year high-school students who are at the time of deciding their professional future, and pretends to transfer the possibilities of Vocational Training.

The first part took place in the central building of the Park in which the Forum was presented, and it was followed with a round table composed of former Vocational Training students. The second part of the forum consisted of visiting real companies; VIVEbiotech received two groups of Goierri Eskola that were attended by José Manuel Franco, COO of VIVEbiotech, and Naiara Tejados, Head of Technological Development and Marketing.

During the visit, in addition to explaining the activities carried out by VIVEbiotech as a producer of lentiviral vectors for human gene therapy clinical trials, José Manuel and Naiara shared with the students how an important part of the VIVEbiotech staff is made up of Vocational Training students: Clinical and Biomedical Laboratory, Technician in Chemical Plant, and Technician Laboratory and Quality Control.

Thank you very much to the Gipuzkoa Science and Technology Park for making us part of this forum.
