In this fourth edition more than 1,570 companies have competed for this prize granted by Banco Santander and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce.
Onyx Solar Energy, from Ávila, Facephi Biometría, from Alicante, Homeria Open Solutions, from Cáceres, Bodegas Emilio Moro, from Valladolid and VIVEbiotech were the five finalists that were eligible for the National SME 2020 Award that aims to reward the effort and contribution to regional economic development made by SMEs.
The handover ceremony that took place today was chaired by the King Felipe VI. The minister of Finance and Government Spokesperson, María Jesús Montero, the president of Banco Santander Spain, Luis Isasi and the president of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, José Luis Bonet, were also present.
