This edition has been celebrated in collaboration with SETGyC, the Spanish Society of Gene and Cell Therapy. In this event, scientists who work in the fields of gene and cell therapy from all over Europe and beyond meet annually to highlight the latest research and techniques through the scientific sessions, which include keynote lectures, guest speakers, selected speakers, a poster session and exhibitors.

VIVEbiotech has been a silver sponsor of the event. 5 people from VIVEbiotech have been present at this interesting congress. One of them, the researcher Marie Fertin, has exhibited a poster entitled “SerLess: an adherent HEK293-derived producer cell line for manufacturing lentiviral vectors in the absence of animal-derived serum”.

As reported by the ESGCT, this annual congress will be held in Edinburgh, Scotland, next year.
