New Paper published in Pharmaceutics on scalable lentiviral vector manufacturing
The publication presents new advances in EvoLVcell, VIVEbiotech’s stable producer cell line platform for lentiviral vector manufacturing, including its successful scale-up to bioreactors.
VIVEbiotech is proud to share the publication of its latest scientific article, From Platform Development to Scale-Up: Stable Producer Cell Line-Based Lentiviral Vector Manufacturing, in the journal Pharmaceutics.
Building on the company’s previous publication, Establishment and Characterization of a Stable Producer Cell Line Generation Platform for the Manufacturing of Clinical-Grade Lentiviral Vectors, this work presents new advances in VIVEbiotech’s stable producer cell line platform, now known as EvoLVcell.
The study demonstrates the scalability of our manufacturing platform up to bioreactors, identifies key parameters for process optimization and explores a safer genetic integration strategy to support lentiviral vector manufacturing for advanced therapies.
These results represent an important step forward in the development and scale-up of stable producer cell line technology for lentiviral vector manufacturing.
