At VIVEbiotech, we are proud to announce that our paper, “Establishment and Characterization of a Stable Producer Cell Line Generation Platform for the Manufacturing of Clinical-Grade Lentiviral Vectors,” has been selected as one of Biomedicines’ Hot Papers 2024-2025 in the Molecular Genetics and Genetic Diseases category.
The publication describes the development and characterization of a stable producer cell line platform for the manufacture of clinical-grade lentiviral vectors. By enabling a robust, scalable, and transfection-free manufacturing approach, this work helps address some of the key challenges associated with lentiviral vector production and supports the continued advancement of gene therapies.
Since its publication, the article has attracted significant attention within the scientific community, surpassing 6,000 views, reflecting the growing demand for innovative technologies that can optimize and scale lentiviral vector manufacturing.
