VIVEbiotech recognized for its commitment to equality
The company receives the “Collaborating Entity for Equality between Women and Men” recognition, awarded by the Basque Government through Emakunde
VIVEbiotech has received the “Collaborating Entity for Equality between Women and Men” recognition at an event held at the BEC in Barakaldo and promoted by Emakunde, the Basque Institute for Women. This recognition highlights the company’s commitment to building a more just and inclusive society.
Representing VIVEbiotech, Silvia Soto, Chief People Officer, and Maitea Ortega, Production Technician and Member of the Equality Team, attended the event alongside other committed organizations, sharing inspiring experiences from the Bai Sarea Network and its strategy to further advance equality in the business environment.
The event also featured an intervention by Margaret Bullen, Director for Equality at the University of the Basque Country (EHU), and concluded with the award ceremony led by Miren Elgarresta, Director of Emakunde.
This recognition, received alongside 39 other Basque organizations, reflects VIVEbiotech’s ongoing work in promoting equality and reinforces its commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace.
