VIVEbiotech highlights real progress in manufacturing and supply chain for advanced therapies
VIVEbiotech’s Chief Business Development Officer is featured in The Medicine Maker’s Roving Reporter series, recorded at Advanced Therapies London 2026
VIVEbiotech is proud to announce the participation of Natalia Elizalde, PhD, Chief Business Development Officer, in the Roving Reporter series — a production by The Medicine Maker in partnership with IBTV. The episode was recorded live at Terrapinn’s Advanced Therapies London 2026, one of the leading international events in the field.
The series aims to answer one of the most pressing questions in the advanced therapies space: where real progress is being made in manufacturing and supply chain. This is a critical topic that impacts all stakeholders — from developers and CDMOs to patients awaiting access to these innovative treatments.
During her intervention, at minute 8:36 of the episode, Natalia Elizalde shares her perspective:
“In my opinion, the most meaningful progress is being made, for instance, in decentralized manufacturing. This is already something that is working for several programs in a very positive way. And also, obviously, allogeneic programs do have a potential advantage in terms of supply chain.”
These two areas — decentralized manufacturing and allogeneic platforms — represent a structural shift in how the industry is addressing scalability and accessibility. They are no longer future concepts, but real solutions already being implemented with tangible results.
At VIVEbiotech, these challenges are part of everyday work. Seeing the company contribute to this global conversation reinforces its commitment to advancing solutions that are shaping the future of the sector.
