Fostering Young Talent in the CDMO Environment
VIVEbiotech participates in the fourth edition of the initiative “A Day with a #Woman in Biotech”, bringing the reality of the sector closer to new generations
VIVEbiotech recently took part in the initiative “A Day with a #Woman in Biotech”, promoted by AseBio – Spanish Bioindustry Association – and the Plataforma Biotech – Spanish Biotech Platform –. This initiative aims to bring female students closer to the biotechnology sector, highlighting their role in innovation and showcasing the professional opportunities it offers.
In this context, VIVEbiotech had the pleasure of hosting Verónica Landa, a student of the MIDI Master’s program at the University of Navarra, for a day. During her visit, Verónica had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the company’s working environment and learn more about VIVEbiotech’s activity as a CDMO specialized in lentiviral vectors. Throughout the day, she explored different areas of the organization, discovering both the technical processes and the teams behind the progress of ongoing projects.
Initiatives like this reinforce VIVEbiotech’s commitment to knowledge-sharing, education, and the development of young talent in the biotech sector, while also helping to highlight the key role of women in science and innovation.
The company underlines the importance of these experiences in inspiring future professionals and creating spaces where learning and growth can thrive.
