VIVEbiotech wraps up a successful Advanced Therapies Europe
The company participated as a Bronze Sponsor, connected with industry stakeholders and hosted a panel discussion on advancing lentiviral vector-based therapies from early development to commercial readiness.
VIVEbiotech has successfully concluded its participation in Advanced Therapies Europe 2026, held in Barcelona and organized by Phacilitate.
Over the course of the event, the VIVEbiotech team welcomed partners, customers and industry professionals at Booth #56, engaging in valuable discussions on the evolving landscape of cell and gene therapies and the role of lentiviral vectors in supporting the development and commercialization of innovative treatments.
One of the highlights of the meeting was the panel discussion, From Early Development to Commercial Readiness: Real-World Lessons in Advancing Lentiviral-Based Therapies, moderated by Patricio Massera, President and Board Member at VIVEbiotech.
The session featured Natalia Elizalde, Chief Business Development Officer at VIVEbiotech, together with Miguel Forte, Chief Executive Officer at Kiji Therapeutics, and Willem-Jan Krebber, Chief Development Officer at Genewity. The discussion explored key considerations across the development pathway, including vector design, process development, GMP manufacturing, scale-up strategies, regulatory challenges and commercial readiness.
Following its participation in Advanced Therapies Europe, VIVEbiotech will continue its event calendar at the CAR-TCR Summit 2026, taking place in Boston from September 15-17.
